LIMNIONAS – SOFT SAND –

Limnionas beach is situated to the south west of Kos Town, on the north western coast very close to Kefalos. The beach with its soft sand is perfect for sunbathing; the only water sports available are swimming and snorkelling. But there are sun beds and brollies for rent plus showers and toilets. The area is also ideal for walking with a beautiful panoramic view out to sea.

Limninas is a small harbour village with only a couple of tavernas, and no surprise here a well known Fish Restaurant “Limionas” selling the days catch.

Transport – your best bet is to either rent a private car or hire a taxi from nearby Kefalos.
